For all of you Design Crackheads out there: there will be a short slowdown of posts with the arrival of our son, Lawrence Escher Baunach. Lawrence came from the name of my father and one of this country’s greatest poets, Lawrence Ferlinghetti. Escher is a male-ish version of Stacey’s (my wife) grandmother’s name Esther. What’s kind of funny is neither of us are even familiar with Dutch illustrator M.C. Escher, but I think we’ll be doing our homework. And Baunach, my last name meaning to build after (I think).
