Drop Tiles by Johans Golv

I’ve been spending the last couple of days loading design crack with draft stories. I have hundreds of products that I want to tell you about that blew me away. I would say this product is more mildly warm, though. Drop is a system of ceramic tiles by swedish tile maker, Johans Golv, that are based on one shape: the diamond. There are two types of diamonds. There are flat diamonds and then there is the tile that has a slight teardrop whose apex aligns with the point of the diamond. The effect is a pattern of incredible richness and depth. An infinite variation on the pattern can be created  with just two tiles while maintaining a bit of calm with the simple whiteness of the tile. Simply lovely.
