Tubetop Lamp by Pablo from 2modern

In the mission district of San Francisco, there’s a guy (or girl possibly) that tags everything he sees with a pi symbol. You know, it kind of looks a bit like a “TT” mashed together. Sometimes, the pi is on a sticker. Sometimes, the pi is in paint, Sometimes even, the pi is coupled with the image of an angry chimp. There is no doubt that this person is creative and prolific. It makes me wonder, though, if this Tubetop Lamp by Pablo, a local San Francisco lighting design firm, isn’t somehow connected to the pi. I honestly think that somewhere deep in the chambers of this design firm lies the answer to the secret of the pi. I don’t know this for sure, but I’m on the lookout! Wait. Aren’t you here to read about a lamp? Sorry. There’s not much to say. It has fluid, almost pi-like lines that seem to follow strong proportional constructs such as pi, and it’s real pretty and shiny. You could almost say that this lamp is pi-ous, but you’d probably get some scowls from your friends for such a crappy pun.
