I’ve seen a number of furniture companies come and go with collections utilizing pressed fiberboard. This is the first time that I’ve seen this material used in an elegant manner. This is the Ninho Collection by Ciscar and Garcia, a design duo based in Valencia Spain. The collection consists of cabinets, tables, and dressers all with thin wispy legs of a similar shape. On top of these tiny legs is a simple, solid box opening up at two rustic fiberboard doors with small slits in the doors that act as openers. SO, if you’re looking for a bit of an industrial look with refinement, this might just be the collection for you.
