[...] I’ve featured Clement Eloy tons of times on this blog. I’ve never met him or even spoken to him, but I like his design cleverness. He’s always looking for an edge to something such as his laptop power source / foot warmers or his hot doll (don’t ask, just look). Yet another edgy, smart design is what he calls the Lucifer Match Striker. The design is in a clear and black bullet shaped case with a hole in the top. Whenever you need a match, you can just turn this mechanism over, give it a tap, and pull out the match. The sides of the mechanism have a size calibrated to the head of the match, so when the match is pulled out, the rough sides of the Lucifer Match Striker ignite the flame. [...]
