Name is eden. It has a squeaking sound that I cannot fix. they changed the bed one time for me after long fighting. But nothing changed. I asked them to fix it and they fixed it, but didn't work. Now I asked them to refund it. But it didn't work. The one most made me angry was a their response. Everytime I call them, it takes several weeks and they never return your call. Whole process took me more than two years. Now I am going to court. I bought roche-bobois bed. Name is eden.
