Macropod by Volume

I worked as a corporate interior designer for a number of years, so I’ve seen it all in terms of office systems. I usually wouldn’t waste my time on Steelcase and the like, however Volume is unique. They have created a product that is the first truly mobile office system I’ve ever seen. The system is a bit like a clamshell turned on its head. It opens up to make a sort of instant workstation. It’s narrow enough to fit through a 3′-0″ door and has wheels, so their not full of hot air. They also have a video at their site showing its installation which should excite Genslerites across the land.
