Description: The pure white porcelain that qubus makes always gets to me. This piece is one of about a dozen gorgeous pieces. I chose this one because I like the sinuous form of the monkey, and his dynamic posture on the podium. Maybe it would be going too far to compare it to Bernini’s David, but if you would like a less crusty David-like statue, and you don’t have, say, a hundred million dollars to buy the original, then this little Surikata should do the trick.
