The Rotolog by Nixon

Object: The Rotolog

Manufacturer: Nixon

URL: http://www.barneys.com

Category: Personal Technology

Price: $250

Lust Factor: Warm

Description: I’m an architect, and architects are generally well behind the cusp of trends. That being said, I like the way stainless steel and walnut looks together. Yeah, so what if everyone from Wal-Mart to Pottery Barn has worn out the walnut stainless steel thing. This watch takes the trend to a new level of luxurious by slapping these materials together in a watch together. I would say that I like the design, but even more, I love the price. I had no idea Barneys sold a watch for under a thousand. Nice Going! (BTW, it’s OK to like stainless and walnut.)
