The Noric Pavilion at this year’s Venice Biennale
Régine Debatty from We Make Money Not Art has written a lovely post about her visit to the Nordic Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, arguably the most important art event in the world. There are a number of thought provoking exhibits this year including Adel Abidin‘s extreme tourism piece as it considers the prospect of a holiday in Baghdad . It reminds me a bit of the work of Jello Biaffra’s “Holiday in Cambodia”. Ms. Debatty has provided a number of wonderful pictures on her flickr account, and if you can’t make a trip to Venice then you should at least check out her posts.
