Text Ring by Anne-Christin Schubert
This is one of the most brilliant ring ideas I’ve recently seen. The Text Ring by Anne-Christin Schubert is what I would call one of those transformative designs. If you wear this ring long enough, especially if you are somewhere sunny, you will get a mini-tatoo of the letters in the ring where the sun has tanned you finger. So, you always bring your ring with you even if you’re not wearing it. The question I have is: Do you want the text phrases that Anne-Christian Schubert has chosen for you? I would say if you are German, then you might be able to find something you would like since all the words are in German. I, personally, want to get something meaningful for other speakers of my language, so I would never go for a ring that says something like “wort”. I know “wort” means “word” in English, but most Americans will probably assume you’ve just let the sun burn in the a mis-spelled “wart” which is something entirely different in the U.S. Miss Schubert, if you read this blog, can I get custom phrases? You’d sell a bunch more rings, I suppose.
