Moleskine Takayashi Yoshinari notebook @ Detour exhibition
Moleskine is a company that makes small books that can be used for a number of different types of projects. I sketch everyday for work, and these books have always appealed to me, but it’s only been in the last couple of years that I’ve seen these books become highly fashionable and desireable. Maybe this is one of the reasons why: Detour- The Moleskine City Notebook Experience. This exhibition was a fantastically thoughtful look at the work of 70 artists, architect, and illustrators, whose work is exhibited through a Moleskine. The exhibition coordinator very smartly videotaped someone flipping through all 70 of the books which were then uploaded to YouTube. Brilliant!
